Group Therapy
I facilitate an “interpersonal process group”. We meet weekly on Zoom with a group of 6-8 adults to spontaneously and authentically communicate our feelings and thoughts. Get real-time feedback and learn more about yourself.

You’ve spent your whole life caring for others, and you’ve just been diagnosed with hereditary cancer risk. This 50-minute hour is carved out for you, whatever it brings up. We will talk, hope, grieve, wonder, notice, cry, laugh, be curious and feel it all. I will bring my tools and resources to help you navigate the landscape of grief, so you know that all of your experiences and emotions matter. I will use EMDR to help you reprocess disturbing incidents so they no longer have the same emotional charge, and so you can face life in a more integrated way.
