Session Fees

Individual Therapy: $200 per 50 minute session

Group Therapy: $50 (only cash pay, no insurance) per 90 minute session

In addition to my private practice, I work with Octave Behavioral Health when I have availability. At Octave, I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Health Net / MHN, and Cigna/Evernorth commercial insurance plans. If you have coverage under one of these plans, please visit findoctave.com to schedule an appointment.

I accept certain insurances under Headway if I have space. Click here to add your insurance info and see your cost. If my calendar shows available phone consults, I am currently accepting Headway clients.

Weekly sessions are strongly suggested for the first 6-8 weeks of therapy. If you are only able to do every-other-week to start, we can discuss in the call if you're a good candidate for that frequency. I cannot provide therapy for a frequency less than every-other-week.
