Hi! I’m Ingrid
A few quick facts about me:
I know what it’s like to have hereditary cancer risk—personally and in the family.
I have grieved the life I thought I was going to live, continue to grieve, and continue to be amazed at this life I get to live, however long it lasts.
I love hiking with my dog Mochi to explore our incredible world.
I can help you grieve and love your life again.
Here’s how I’m qualified:
I have over 10 years of experience providing individual therapy to adults with cancer, chronic illness, generational trauma and adverse childhood events.
I’m always learning (via books, podcasts, trainings, consultations) about how to best help people grow.
I’ve faced and grappled (and continue to wrestle) with my own stuff, and love to provide neuroscience-based hope.
