The question you’re really asking

You may be asking me, How can I fix x? Yes, I can teach you some practical tools and help you build resources. But I suspect that may not quite scratch your itch.

Before we rush to an answer, I wonder what it’s like to be in your shoes. To feel all the feels as you observe the thing you want to fix. You might notice more tenderness–a kindness to acknowledge the distress of that moment, and then you might shift internally. Maybe you feel your edges softening, and your breathing slowing down. You might even smile a little.

We’re moving from: Tell me the right thing to do to Let’s re-orient how you relate to yourself.

Because AI can tell you 5 things to do to boost your mood (and yes, I care about that). And that’s not the whole picture. I will dig deeper because treating the symptom doesn’t fix the root.

We are…rebuilding attachment, reparenting yourself. Excavating the past to shed light (and compassion) on your present.

More than the externals, my passion is to move you towards a deeper, more compassionate relationship to yourself. So that you can relate to others from a genuine, authentic place. Be known as you actually are, not just how you think you should be seen. I am fully convinced that who you are as you are matters and that makes your presence more impactful.

So, TLDR: let’s face the music. Keeping up a front isn’t working anymore. The good news? You don’t have to do it alone. We can keep it real together.

I will be with you as you unearth the many layers of yourself. As you excavate the less-than-pleasant parts, you will transform your relationship with yourself. From judgment to curiosity. From shoulds to compassion. From fixing to acceptance, and being with.

Isn’t that what we all need at the end of the day?
